Change is the price you pay for progress. It feels fantastic to hit another mile marker, another stake in the ground of moving upward. A new showcase of possibilities is waiting. You heard my cries and I answered Your call. How exact is Your instruction for scaling the wall.

I'm remembering a sermon preached a couple years ago. I distinctly recall one portion of it that said something like, one of the greatest achievements in the Christian life is avoiding insecurity when you're waiting on the side to be used, to advance, while God is working on someone else.

I was made to remember this concept for a specific reason. Lord, help me be patient and considerate and loving and compassion and unconditional and supportive and kind and loving and fully present. I don't want to run away or run ahead or run to anyone else because of it.

This is part of the waiting for the cement of the foundation to dry.
