consulting with reality

Being rooted in purpose is marvelous, until the moment arrives when everything I’ve loved and longed for comes parading forth to the tune of reality. What is it about certainty? It’s surreal. No matter how well-versed and prepared I may be, waves of self-doubt and fear tumble over me. I guess fantasy is safer than reality. Nevertheless, I will lean into Purpose.
