civic duty

It is our spiritual and civil duty to recapture the destiny of the city we live in; to bring it back to the intentions God saw for its purpose when He carved out a place for it. Our city is named very purposefully after our first president, George Washington. And it was his magnetic leadership that brought this country to a place of independence and establishment. He was a strong advocate of having no political parties, which he saw only as associations formed to pit one group of citizens against another.

What good is a vote when you still despise your neighbor? I'd rather pray and love my neighbor and city and demonstrate the awesome peace that comes when submitting myself to God's law, which is better than life.

Maybe the process is the problem.
